Free-standing, room-heaters burning properly stored logs or solid-fuels, provide efficient, economical space heating with minimised pollution. These stoves are all British designed, some cast abroad and the others British-made – all from ISO-approved factories using top-quality materials- people just love these stoves. On durability, reliability, cost and quality, they beat many Scandinavian, American, Canadian, New Zealand and other UK stoves hands-down by using simple, reliable, low maintenance designs with high-technology features. Most use “Airwash” systems and “Turbo” baffles for efficiency with pyro-ceramic clear panels to let you have a really good view of the firebox.

You will soon hear your own fire crackling, see the warming glow, enjoy the natural heating. Just imagine – crisped toast, crumpets and marshmallows are scrumptious feasts. Chestnuts on the top are a moist treat. Slow-cook casseroles and hot drinks are possible and I can even tell you how to do toasted sandwiches! The sight, sound, warmth and economy of my stoves are all tremendously attractive. Rated outputs are from solid-fuel - dry, seasoned wood gives about 20% less, unless blazed. Longest burn times are with solid-fuel - large oak logs do pretty well.

The stove doors have 6mm pyro-ceramic glass windows with "Airwash" vents. "Turbobaffles” achieve higher efficiency by retaining hot fumes within the stove for longer. To spend more is an extravagance. To spend less on recycled scrap stoves is a false economy. Spend only what you really need to, at Sussex Woodstoves.

Most customers just 'Cash-&-Carry' stoves away - most internet customer prefer to exchange emails first – either way I have never had a stove returned or a guarantee claim made since 1986 and that’s quite a record. Most black flues are in stock. DIY non-liner fitting kits usually take 2 hrs to prepare - DIY Liner kits and insulated chimney kits take 2 working days. I work on most days, but it's worth an 8:00am phone-call just to be sure that I am not out fitting, or being patched up at the local hospital – again!

WE STICK TO THE CURRENT BUILDING REGULATIONS - WE PREFER TO SELL YOU ONLY WHAT YOU REALLY NEED. LOCAL INSTALLATIONS ARE NORMALLY COMPLETED WITHIN 21 DAYS. WE ARE UK DESIGN, SUPPLY & INSTALLATION SPECIALISTS BASED IN THE SOUTH OF ENGLAND. Under the current building and safety regulations, chimneys, fireplaces and stoves to burn solid fuels must only be installed or modified by HETAS-trained and registered engineers working for HETAS-approved companies unless the installation is properly applied for, approved and overseen by local Building Control Officers. Our registration number is 1413 and we ONLY employ properly qualified fitters. Using HETAS-approved specialists is one excellent way to safeguard your home and your health.
