We cannot accept any liability for the work or lack of work of any other contractors that you may retain. For any and all other contractors and / or suppliers that you may retain, you should ensure that you are satisfied (independently of anything said or implied by or understood from SW), as to their qualifications, experience, equipment and their competence to complete and certify (sign-off), their work in compliance with the appropriate Regulations.

All of our help and ideas whether through this SW website or through SW publications are made on the basis that they are general comments and we can make no promise as to their fitness for specific purpose or carry any liability for same unless and until this applies to works agreed to be undertaken by SW prior to which we issue a defined scope of works in writing on a SW referenced Estimate. If you then agree this Estimate and your instructions are accepted by SW, then we may agree to provide the agreed goods and services. If you and SW do not so agree this within three months of the date of the Estimate (or less if previously withdrawn by SW), then the referenced Estimate will lapse and SW shall have no ongoing liability thereafter for any aspect of your enquiry, our comments or any aspect of the proposed scope of works.
